You can access all the same services as in the online banking system.
One of the highlights of this mobile bank app is that you can have full control over your family's accounts. You can log in and pay with Face ID, fingerprint, or your own code. You can also create your own shortcuts to the services you use most and get an overview of your finances until your next payday. In addition, you can contact the bank through the messaging box.
To activate the app for the first time, you need to identify yourself with BankID, BankID on mobile, or a code card. After that, you can use your fingerprint, Face ID, or a self-determined app code. If you have any questions, you can visit nordeadirect.no.
The app also provides information cards and notifications for e-invoices, important information, and useful tips. You can delete the notifications/information by clicking on the "x" in the top right corner. Once you have deleted the notifications, they cannot be restored.
